      It wouldn't matter. All that would make any differnence would be the time he woke up in relation to what cycle he was in

      So, you're saying taking naps won't affect someone's sleep cycle? You don't believe that entering the REM cycle of sleep hours before you're meant to will screw up your sleep cycle?

      Everytime i come home from school i don't feel like doing hw, i just wanna chill around before i go to the gym. then i go to the gym at like 6 and go home at like 7:30 then eat and crap and it'll be 8:20 and then i misc and facebook for like 2 hours and it'll be like 10 then do my homework and i'll look at the clock and it'll be like 11 and i take a shower and brush my teeth and all that crap and it'll be like 11:40 and i wakeup at 5:20

      Why not come home from school, go to the gym, eat, do homework and spend the rest of the night Facebooking? Make it a goal to be in bed by 10.
