      Skinny Fat?

      I used to actually just be plain chubby. I weighed up to 190 at one point during my first few years of college. The was the result of almost a pure fast food diet. The 1200 calorie per day plan helped me lose about 40 lbs, but the gut never really left.

      I've worked out in the past, but haver never committed to it any longer than about 6 months. I really want to make a lifestyle change here and get my desired body. I'm not sure what my current body fat is but my guess would be 18-20%.

      Eat and lift! That's what i am doing...I am just avoiding fried and junk food! I have kept the same weight and lost 4% BF in the last month.

      1900 is NOT your maintenance level. It's probably between 2200-2500cals. Even it you take your weight and times it by 14-17 you're still not eating enough at 1900 a day.

      145x14=2030
      145x17=2465

      I'd stay around 2200 for a while until your weight stops moving up...then add more calories.
