What do you guys think? Starting Strength or Strong Lifts for a routine? Anyone here used either? As of right now I prefer the layout of Strong Lifts a little bit more but if you guys have experience with either I'm sure i could be swayed.
I used Stronglifts a few years ago, it's a solid routine and it helped me form my philosophy on weight training - full body, compound movements etc. You can't go wrong with either program, both are solid.
