      Split or full body, it's not the same old battle (don't judge until you've read it!)

      I have to train at least four days in a row, that's the thing. what about this split
      chest
      back/bis
      legs
      tris/shoulders

      because I have training for sport on Tuesday and Thursday arvos and have weights for another sport on Wednesday afternoons

      That split is OK, but hitting A and then B two consecutive days will be bad for the muscle groups you work out 2 days in a row.
      If you go to the gym 4x a week, I'd suggest Upper/Lower, Upper/Lower

      I would do whatever works around your sport. I found it was hard for me to work on hypertrophy during the football season when we had 2 practices a day.
