So I just started lifting for the first time in my life. I'm 16, 6' 1", 150 lbs and I wanna gain mass and look cut. My first week was last week doing a 4 day split of chest, back, arm, legs. Given from a bodybuilder on this forum. Then someone brought up the SS stuff. I'm really weak, can only bench about 100+ give or take (rep). What should I do? Thanks a lot!
SS or 4 day split? SS, high frequency is great for beginners. IMO beginners should work there muscle groups more then once a week.

SS or 4 day split? there are much better splits for aesthetics then a 4 day split, with his 4 day split hes only hitting a muscle group every 7 days.
