I'd like to see how I can maximize my exercise schedule, discipline in reaching my goal for 2016. I've enrolled in a Zumba fitness class come January 2016. Apparently, I'm not doing well, routinely. I'd like to learn from your Fitness Forum's experts on how to keep motivated. I'd like to work hard to be fit and healthy in 2016.
