Stats at 16 Turned 16 two days ago, been lifting about 8 months Bench: 190 x 3 Squat: 275 x 3 (parallel) Deadlit: Dont deadlift normally yet, but tried it a few weeks ago for the first time and got 285 x 3
Stats at 16 Almost guarentee you're squatting high. IMO post a video of your squat form in the official form check thread good luck
