It's unlikely it's an STI/STD as 'usually' you will get other symptoms such as swelling, soreness or lumps in the testicles, which can be accompanied with seeping of some nasty stuff from your actual penis (unless its chlamydia). Though saying this you're doing the right thing getting it checked out as anytime you have an issues with your penis or testicles you defo should get it checked out. I'm a nurse by the way, I'm not just randomly interested in STI's! ;p

if it was me i would get a blood test done asap for the chlamydia and syphilis and then another at 3 months for aids if your really worried about that. You dont want to be going round nailing girls for 3 months if you've got chlamydia, will make for a fair few unpleasant phone calls!
