stupid question dont flame it varies tbh mate: ive tryed some weeks barbell presses ie: incline benchpress, flat and decline dumbell presses, with some machines today i did dumbell incline, flat incline dumbell etc... but im finding it hard to squeeze the chest at the top for soem reason, may be going a bit to heavy gonna try weighted dips, pullovers and cables on trhusday, gonna hit chest 2x a week till im satisfied... @milky... honestly mate if it'd help... tbh only reason id try it is cus prochem tritest is very good on the pip side of things... virtually get nothing.
