      Thats it, im going to the gym every ****ing day. Realistic goals?

      Sounds good to me. Will I get fat even if I clean bulk and lift heavy?

      You will gain a bit of fat but not much. prob around 2-6% body fat gain in those 6-12months.

      But then again you're below 20% bodyfat so you don't have to worry.

      And it begins.. im going to do some research on the clean bulk and everything. What bf% do you think Im at now if you had to take a guess?

      Tons of cardio! Keep burning the fat faster than youre putting it on. If your eating healthy during your bulk, it should be minimal and wont be a problem. stop bedtime snacking too.

      cardio burns fat n keeps metab up, eating healthy puts on less fat lol? My wacky theory is more cardio more fat burning.
