Tired of stupid people So you gained 50lbs eating everything you saw? You must be fat as fk... Consider this: Eating 2 slices of bread with butter for lunch each day VS. Eating 2 slices of bread with turkey breast for lunch each day. Butter is all fat so that's what you would be gaining, fat. Turkey breast has protein and some fat, so you would be getting the proper macros in for the day. I understand what you're saying but I don't see why you need to post this thread when there are stickies telling new people all about nutrition, and a simple search would help find meal plans.
Tired of stupid people Lol im gaining 1.5-2 lbs a week and still hungry most of the day. With this logic id be gaining way more fat then I should.
