Tired of stupid people 4 eggs scrambled. 2 slices of wheat toast . 2 glasses of milk. Multivitamin. Whey shake. Protein Bar and a bag of grapes. Turkey Sandwhich on wheat. Pretzels. 1/2 of pB Sandwhich on wheat. Veggies (broccoli and green bean mix) with a serious mass shake. *lift* Protein shake. Dinner. Banana PB. Grapes. Omega 3. Turkey Breast with Casein. --------Now that i got people into here. How does this look. Keep in mind I'm hydrating throughout the day.
