Tired of stupid people So much misinformation in this thread. 1. If you just "eat eat eat" you will most likely get "fat fat fat". As others have said count your calories and macros and eat at about a 500 surplus to minimize fat gains while bulking. 2. "Butter is all fat so that's what you would be gaining, fat" - strong broscience here. People need to stop associating fats with becoming fat. Fats are an essential macro nutrient and are just as important as protein and carbs. You get fat from eating at too high of a caloric surplus (which is what OP is implying you should do) I.E. more calories in than your body burns on average.
Tired of stupid people I don't really understand what you mean by this. My butter, per serving, is 80 calories, with 7g fat, 0 carbs, 0 protein, and 100mg sodium. How is that not all fat? Same if I check other butter nutritional value online. I may be wrong of course, so please tell me.
