      I really recommend crab meat...packed with protein and a lot less mecury levels than tuna. It's quite a delicate flavour so not as over powering as mackeral or sardines. Nice and easy and it comes in a tin just like tuna and can be subbed in to all kinds of dishes.

      i throw some mackeral fillets on toast for brekky or have it with a crispy green salad and cherry tomatoes when i want something quick

      I've got a tuna farm, it's just off the west coast of Ireland, I've given it a name, called it 'The Atlantic'
