Tuna farming I really recommend crab meat...packed with protein and a lot less mecury levels than tuna. It's quite a delicate flavour so not as over powering as mackeral or sardines. Nice and easy and it comes in a tin just like tuna and can be subbed in to all kinds of dishes.
