U mirin? I eat every 2 hours clean, then after 9 I eat whatever I want. I don't really even like eating dirty or fast food, but my friends always do after they smoke and I go with them so gotta eat. At least 5 meals a day with snacks. Routine changes every week...here's an example of a past leg day tho; Squats: 5-8 sets Leg Press: 5 sets Leg Extension: 5 sets Leg Curl: 5 sets SLDL: 3 Sets Seated Calf: 5 sets Standing Calf: 5 sets It's high volume training. I include random SS's and Drop sets as well.
