      Short and simple i was reading what people are saying about abs and people want abs like Cam in never back down and such. Truth is body fat has a lot to do with abs. I know people who dont work out yet still have a 6/8 pack. Obviously along with that you need to run and eat less fatty foods, eat salads, proteins and no junk. Ive seen people say genetics but i just dont think that is true, your not working hard enough for it. As far as work outs go, you cannot just do sit ups, you burn like 5 calories doing 200 sit ups or something crazy like that so you have to change it up. You probably see people at the gym doing weird looking things for abs and your giggling at them when in fact they are probably doing it right.

      Im pretty sure i made my point with factual statements.. please let me hear input..?

      you can get abs without eating salads, without cardio, while eating very fattening foods and junk food, and certainly without doing crazy looking movements....AT THE SAME TIME, you can attain abs with just the opposite...all that matters is cutting body fat down. which was pretty much the only sensible thing you said...everything else is entirely dependent on many other variables in one's diet and lifting.

      but the part that made you sound odd was 'I think i pretty much made my point with factual statements...'

      ...the only factual statement was the one regarding body fat.

      Seriously bro, its just the amount of information about how to get abs on the internet is ridiculous, I doubt anyone who wants to find out would have to come to this thread to know. It's becoming stupid how much info there is on it. If you have any kind of abdominal mass and switch to the ethiopian diet chances are you're gonna have abs. /rant

      well.. you can lose lose body fat by eating fatty foods? by not doing cardio ? i dont see how you can do thaT? im actually baffled by your rebuttal.
