      Here is some background on the man himself - what do you think? One of the greatest of all time?

      Ronnie Coleman is a former professional bodybuilder who is widely regarded as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time. He was born on May 13, 1964, in Monroe, Louisiana, United States. Ronnie Coleman had a remarkable career, winning the prestigious Mr. Olympia title a record-setting eight times consecutively from 1998 to 2005.

      Coleman's physique was characterized by his exceptional size, immense muscle mass, and incredible muscular density. He was known for his extreme dedication, intense training routines, and relentless work ethic, often pushing his body to its limits in pursuit of perfection.

      During his competitive years, Ronnie Coleman weighed around 300 pounds (136 kg) in his offseason and competed at around 280 pounds (127 kg) on stage. He was known for his extraordinary strength, particularly in exercises like the squat and deadlift.
