      current weight is around 215 and 15% bf, really want to get my strength up in the next couple months.

      should i bulk to around 240 and maybe 20% bf in 5 months maybe longer then a 3-4 months cut to 12%?

      didnt do the math of how much 5% fat gain would be in weight.

      back on fullbody training and want to get some swole ass lifts

      If you've been bulking, keep bulking. Really long, slow bulks seem to work exceptionally well for nattys.

      slow bulking sounds like bull****, thats what ill do after this.

      when i first started bulking i gained a ****ton of strength with a **** routine but i was eating 6k cals a day, i want to do that again but on a much better routine and i know i cant expect the same results but still

      most i would ever want to weigh would be around 275
