weighted dips. (pic) I just stick a 20 kg (44 lbs) dumbbell between my legs and do them lol. fck wearing belts and plates etc.
weighted dips. (pic) Yea its not worth it haha I tweaked my shoulder and now it has a weird click in it every time I rotate it. I would just wait till the end of a workout to do dips (chest) but if im doing dips for triceps I would do close-grip BB or Skullcrushers before I move on to dips. Risk of injury isn't worth it.
