      I just stick a 20 kg (44 lbs) dumbbell between my legs and do them lol. fck wearing belts and plates etc.

      I got 2 45s last week. 8 reps felt like a fuarking monster.

      I got it for 8 before I stopped doing them

      Yea its not worth it haha I tweaked my shoulder and now it has a weird click in it every time I rotate it. I would just wait till the end of a workout to do dips (chest) but if im doing dips for triceps I would do close-grip BB or Skullcrushers before I move on to dips. Risk of injury isn't worth it.

      45lb and 25lb for 12 cant go heavier before shoulder messes up, working on adding weight to muscle ups now

      That sounds pretty sketch but id like to keep adding weight to my dips
