      I havent been on for a while but I have been busy!

      Having lost a fair bit of weight I have the depressing issue of loose belly skin to address now. At times it looks unsightly and it can get me down. Surgery aside, does anyone have any advice about how to sort this. I cant imagine I am the first and I certainly wont be the last to have this problem!

      You can go to the gym so that over time you will tighten your body, and you will not have problems with loose skin on your stomach. You can also try it with protein.

      Sorry for the delay in coming back to you @Connor - could you explain how protein helps?

      I read everywhere that I should be taking in more protein with my workouts but I am not exactly sure how it will benefit me.

      I hate the term, but is there no way to get rid of man boobs? What about those who have been weight lifting for years and then stop. Is this an issue they should expect to experience?
