My forearms are strong, but they aren't as massive as i want. I usually do forearm workouts on leg day because i do biceps w/ back and triceps w/ chest. What day should i do them on to get them bigger?
What day to do forearm workouts? Why don't you do them with biceps and back? They get hit hard on hammer curls and reverse curls. You can also do wrist curls in many directions as well. If you do any sort of dumbbell or barbell row and use straps, then try dropping the straps and that will also get your forearms working.
What day to do forearm workouts? I normally do forearms just by feel, don't really count sets or reps of anything. If I do them it's normally at the end of my lower body days, where my forearms are already fried from deadlifts and romanian deadlifts. So I just throw in some plate pinches if I feel up to it.

What day to do forearm workouts? Bingo! If you use straps on Deadlifts, expect your grip/forearm development to lag behind. Use chalk, not straps.
What day to do forearm workouts? Never had a forearm day also never used straps. I'd say my forearms are a pretty good size in comparison to the rest of my body. Defintiely drop the straps
