      What do you do when your stomach and brain wants you to eat something because you've been cutting portions of your meals? What do you usually do? For me, I just brush my teeth. Brushing teeth = no eating for at least an hour. It keeps my breath fresh and teeth healthy, and I don't have to eat. Win win combination, am I right? What about you guys?
