If I had everything, it would be: -1 scoop of Myofusion chocolate whey protein powder -1 banana -1 tablespoon of natty peanut butter -1/2 cup oats -blueberries -strawberries -water I make it with water b/c I can't have lactose, and that lactose free sh*t doesn't help me at all. Sucks because I miss out on a lot of calories/protein, but fortunately it tastes totally fine with water. Myofusion chocolate has a really rich taste. just wondering what you guys put in your shakes because I hardly ever have money for all this food.
What do you put in your protein shake? There have been proven studies that soy milk can actually increase estrogen levels.
What do you put in your protein shake? i eat 200+g soy a day there have been studies showing they don't also i'm sure the dairy industry wants people to think soy is bad and vice versa
