Being comfortable in your own body is very important. I know most people have a specific goal weight that they would want to achieve but it is important not to be obsessed about this until you do not eat a healthy meal. Currently I weigh 163lbs and am 5'7. I would really love to lose some pounds and weigh 143lbs. I also want to lose this weight in the most possible healthy way, as this is the only way I can be sure to keep the pounds off.
