      Hey this is my first post so sorry if there is some sort of protocol that I am supposed to follow that I am not

      I'm 15 and only about 5' 8" and about 125 lbs.... I have very little fat and so I look pretty ripped, but I'm looking to get yolked or shredded, either one is ok with me! Summer is fast approaching and I really want to get bigger for sports next year so I want to use a supplement to help me out. I am planning on doing a TON of push ups and pull ups but I do have access to my high schools weight room if someone could recommend a routine or program that would be a huge help.

      I was looking at all the supplements and was thinking about going with MusclePharm Assault, unless anyone has any other suggestions.

      You won't gain muscle from push ups and pull ups.

      why bother with weights. Just do 10 pullups and buy hundreds of dollars worth of supps and yull be yoked like the situation in two weeks.

      notsrs. However i do recomend you kill yourself (srs)

      Yeah that's true ^^ your only going to tone your muscles. You need more resistance in different forms to gain any muscles. So screw the pushups and go buy some weights.

      In that case i recomend eating a ton and lifting until you collapse

      hey *******, theres a way to tell someone that their idea is a piece of crap, and that was not it. I realize I am a complete noob at this and all I am asking for is some help.

      Ok thanks... is there some sort of routine or program that you would recommend?

      lol. Its all about hypertrophy and breaking down your muscles. Gotta push them more than pullups will allow unfortunately. Browse articles about mass gaining and/or fat loss. (Physically impossible to do either unless your are a serious beginner)

      Will do, thanks.

      New plan-lift (anyone have a good routine?) and maybe track down a good protein powder instead of a supplement?

      Again, I realize I am a total noob at this, so any help is appreciated!
