Just want to no what psome people do on there cuts see how a cutting diet is different for each person and for how well you respond to it add all things that you use on a cut lads including aas if u use them
what's does your cutting diet look like lads? yesterdays food: m1. oats, syrup, whey m2. potato, chicken m3. potato, chicken m4. potato, chicken m5. potato, chicken, apple Train m6. whey, sugar, pineapple m7. 2 burgers in buns, bowl of ice cream m8. oats, syrup, cottage cheese
what's does your cutting diet look like lads? I do Leangains, if you haven't heard of it google it's a 16 hour fast followed by 8 hours eating phase. When it's my eating phase I normally have something like this on training days; Meal 1 - 400g Chicken, tomato sauce, some mayo over it, with 2 pieces of bread and then normally some sort of minor snack like a breakfast bar or something like that.. Meal 2 - 200g Chicken basically the same again without the bread or the snack, just normally fruit and veges with this meal. Meal 3 - 300g Cottage Cheese, blueberries, 2-3tbsp natty peanut butter On my off days I normally just take out all the carbs apart from some fruit and 15g in cottage cheese and substitute my chicken with 100-200g steak per meal so I lower carbs and up fats on my non-training days. what's does your cutting diet look like lads? My cut at the moment looks like this 4.30am meal1. Whey protein 2 servings Half 5. Meal 2 3 weatabix with tbl spoon peanut butter 8.00am meal 3 2 chicken breast with a boiled potoatoe 11.00am meal 4 tcan of tuna with a backed potatoe Train at half 1 3.30. Whey shake 2 servings 6.00 mince meat in sauce 500g 8.30 casien shake then bed for 9ish That was yesterdays meal

what's does your cutting diet look like lads? Meal 1: 4tuna tins + 200gr brown rice Meal 2: 300 Gr chicken + 200 gr brown rice Meal 3: 60gr Whey protein. Meal 4: 300 gr chicken. Meal 5: 60 gr casein. + multivits, and animal omega fatty acids....... I work a load of hours, and could eat 1 more meal, but I should have to wake up earlier and I am nacked as I finish at 3 am.
