      Who "deloads" and why??

      Fukk deloads I feel weak as fukk after taking just any time off or decreasing weight/volume

      or....do you just feel weak as phuck?

      I dont have a designated deload weak, just break when fatigued.

      I deload when I feel I've plateau'ed simply because I don't like staying away from the gym for more than 3 days.

      if you are pulling in the 400's or less, you shouldn't need scheduled deloads. if you need a deload at that strength level you are doing something wrong.

      I disagree. Working your body with a hypertrophy/strength split so it hits it twice a week is very taxing. On top of that, you mad cus I currently bench more than you and I take deload weeks? Maybe you are the one doing something wrong.

      not mad at all. how much do you bench and how much do you think I can bench?

      hypertrophy style training is less taxing anyway.

      hypertrophy/strength is very taxing.
      and currently did 275x3 today.
