Why don't you guys talk more about keto generally seems like keto is for straight dieters/women, fat people, old people...(i.e. people that dont do intense exercise for size). most guys on here wanna get big, are already fairly lean and have no issues with insulin sensitivity...so really no point in full keto, all the time....a lot of bodybuilder's do cycle carbs, but that's not "keto" as used in common terminology usage.

Why don't you guys talk more about keto No wait, you know what..when I first started lifting and didn't know what I was doing, I went on a small cut after a bulk, and accidentally went really low carb and i felt horrible. like extremely fatigued without even working out. it was horrible
