Why is my bench 1RM so much higher than my other RM's? OH I see, I dont know then, are you doing good form with bench or are you cheating more? And pretty deep, some ***s negged me hard for explaining what muscle confusion was... builds character though!

Why is my bench 1RM so much higher than my other RM's? I don't do it that far, that's what makes me think it's weird. I'll go from having my middle finger over the ring to having my pinkey over the ring, really a 1.5-2 inch difference, but I guess it helps. Also arch back on my 1 RM. I always keep my form non-****ty though. That's a good attitude!
