      The reasons are that you are not doing a proper Diet Plan, Not having a good sleep-( You have to take a deep sleep for atleast 8 to 9 hours), You are not controlling in your calorie's intake, Feeling stressed, Here is the solutions “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” exercising on an empty stomach can help burn fat faster” can serve as an effective deterrent to our fitness goals.
