      Not necessarily.

      Read up on DOMS. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

      Well I know what DOMS is and stands for. I guess I was just a bit misinformed on the actually implications of it.

      No one really knows what muscle soreness comes from. Me and many posters on this forum agree that we only get sore when introducing a new weighted movement.

      i work calves and abs every other day, they recover fine.
