      Right now I'm training on a 4 day split. For example:
      Day 1- Chest/Tris
      Day 2- Legs/Abs
      Day 3- Rest
      Day 4- Back/Bis
      Day 5- Shoulders
      Day 6- Rest
      Repeat

      I want to see if the forum thinks i should continue with this routine or try this 6 day a week regime.
      Day 1- Chest/Tris
      Day 2- Legs/Abs
      Day 3- Back/Bis/Shoulders
      Day 4- Rest
      Day 5- Chest/Tris
      Day 6- Legs/Abs
      Day 7- Back/Bis/Shoulders
      Day 8- Rest
      Repeat

      2nd routine looks MUCH better.

      Lol 2nd routine doesn't even have shoulders

      Also rest days are for pussies

      Didn't notice that. Maybe add shoulders to Leg/Abs day.

      Rest is when muscles actually grow. Also, I forgot to add I'm combining shoulders with back and bis.

      2nd routine is much better
      hitting muscles twice a week is optimal

      lol at the red, pls keep curling on the squat rack.
      you do need rest and shoulders are also hit when you do chest

      Looks like everyone prefers the 2nd routine. Should I include shoulders when I do chest/tris or back/bis?

      similar routine to mine, i do:
      1: legs/abs/forearms
      2: chest/shoulder/tri
      3:back/bi/calves/forearms
      4:legs/abs
      5:chest/shoulder/tri/forearms
      6:back/bi/abs
      7:rest

      shoulders would go better with your chest day since your getting some front delt work in on your incline pressing anyway

      and still, no one in the teen section believes that adaption to high volume work can make you yolked.
