Working out 6 days a week: Hear me out on this! but total volume is the amount of weight lifted multiplied by reps giving you a nice quantifiable breakdown of work done. i meant high volume as moving lots of weight a lot of times throughout the week like when i squatted, Ppressed, cleaned, and did pullups 5-6 days a week with varying weights and intensity levels.

Day 1: back/shoulders Day 2: legs/biceps Day 3: Rest Day 4: Chest/triceps Day 5: back/shoulders Day 6: legs/biceps Day 7: rest I add ab work 4 times a week Or whenever i have time. Good luck! I add some ab work every day i workout.
