First off, this might be a strange question but I still would like to know everyone's input nonetheless. What is better for your digestive health or does it have no difference? To drink something after you have a few bites or is it better to drink only after you finish eating?
Some people think it's better to drink after finishing their meal, while others don't see a difference. It can vary from person to person, so listen to your body and do what feels right for you.
I have heard that you should drink before eating and in between but you should refrain from eating for almost 30 to 40 minutes after eating your meal.
