      Aw yeah.

      Getting to at least 200lbs before cutting.
      More likely inclined to around 210lbs.

      Or until I can't fit into my pants .

      damn, i wanna at least to 180, then cut...ive been lifting for 2 years now (never really bulked, just ate healthy ****) and when i tell people that i lift, they all say im skinny...anyways good luck brah

      I did the same thing: I never really tried dietting.
      I do not count calories anymore, I just eat often and alot more than I feel I should be.

      No one really noticed that I lifted until I got to 180lbs.
      It is hard to not notice that I lift now lol, especially since I'm in engineering with a bunch of skinny asians and arabs.

      I don't like to break promises. I hope my next year of bulking + cutting will be more more impressive than this weak shet.

      March-June 154-163

      July-September - Unintentional recomp

      September-October 163-168

      October-January 168-172

      January-February 172-181 (Very dirty, had to do this in order to progress on Madcows without doing the deload)

      February-Today 181-184lbs

      hah, but when you start cutting....that's gonna be a whole different story. hey and what were some of the things u ate, i dont mean like lean meat + veggies etc. i mean the "not so healthy" foods, i'm kind of stuck on that one...and i dont mean on a cheat day, just on a regular day if any

      Sweet Chilli Doritos.
      Humus + some sort of crackers.
      Ice cream.
      Chocolate milk.
      Any cake I could get.
      Muffins.
      Chocolate bars.
      Leftovers from the day before after dinner.
