Saw AVI keep with the cardio and eat below maintenance http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/cal...lator/NU00598/ Starting strength is complete **** IMO. 15 complete noob need help! See above post. I'm not suggesting you use the same workout I do as it takes 2-3hours depending on how much you rest/how much plyo/jump roping/ab work you do. I'm trying to find a good calorie calculator gimme a second. How many calories do you eat a day right now? Get Myfitnesspal on iphone/ipod its great for keeping track of macros. You get out what you put in, if you put in 20minutes of lifting you will get the results 20minutes of lifting gives you. The lifts involved with starting strength are great lifts and if you don't know wdf your doing its nice to start out with, but You won't get amazing results with it. Yes you can overtrain with other programs so be careful about it. I forgot to mention about that each set I add 5lbs to each side of the bar for everything except my warm up set (light weight about 20 reps i may do this only for Bench press to warm up my muscles for incline/decline/bench press. You said in Op you want big arms and abs. Thats what everyone wants when they start, but you will learn to love working out everything. Remember this if you ignore everything else I say "ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN" no matter how much you work them out they won't show w/o low bf%.
15 complete noob need help! Right now I would say use starting strength but add in more exercises. Your not going to get massive biceps by only doing the exercises listed (Example bodypart).
15 complete noob need help! Would you mind posting for me exactly what you ate today? Or what you eat on a average day? You said you gained 7lbs in a couple days? It was probably water weight unless you gorged out. (Btw water is very important for weightloss try to drink at least half a gallon a day)
