      I wrongly assumed that some of the fitness sessions can last well over an hour which I found rather daunting. However, if beginning with half-hour sessions will help build up my stamina and then tone my body this sounds perfect to me.

      Any exercise is better than non. Half an hour is plenty of time to get fit and toned.
