      Lol at people thinking this how I usually do my BB rows.

      And why would I go back to 135 when I did 25 super strict reps of it after this set and just got bored and stopped?

      these responses just make me lol

      why would i get annoyed when every big person does rows with equal or less ROM. or stands even more upright as shown in vid below

      He uses less momentum but he's standing more upright, as I previously said.

      And once again, this wasn't a working set, this was just to see if I could do it.

      I am fairly well aquinted with cheated rows and I think they are a good tool to use. but lettuce be realty, those rows looked fairly poor in terms of recruiting the back IMO. You might want to bang 10+ for that form to pay off.

      I wasn't looking for a pay off, I was looking to do 3 reps with 3 plates. I tried with strict form and couldn't do it so I used momentum.

      My working set after this with 295 was cleaner and less humping.

      Pointless thread is pointless.

      Whats the whole point of seeing what you can do if its not a work set? Thats the definition of ego lifting. Showing off with sheet form. Stick to weight that actually will do something for you.
