      5x5 > 3x5 for mass?

      Regardless of what he means, it doesn't matter, same thing.

      not, really. 10 sets of 3 would be a little different

      5x5 > 3x5 for mass?

      The large volume will almost always generate more muscle mass, to my knowledge. However, there's a limit where it becomes counter productive, so don't assume 60 sets=60x bigger.
