While on a cut? Or just any other time in general? All 4 seem to have 0 calories with 0 p/f/c. I heard that if something has 1-4 calories (below 5 calories), the company isn't required to list it on their nutrition facts. Even so, those few calories aren't a big deal anyways but just wondering if anyone drinks those while on a cut and if they notice any negative results of drinking those? I know about fitting things into your macros and I'm not talking about a whole 2 liter bottle in a day lol, maybe 1-2 cups here and there or something? And also, I've never had Coke Zero or Pepsi Max but I hear they're better than the Diet versions since they're made to resemble the taste of the original Coke/Pepsi product, so which do you guys prefer to drink?
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? I drink a couple diet cokes a day. no issues whatsoever.
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? I drink whatever is on sale. Pepsi max, diet wild cherry pepsi, coke zero... I usually drink one or two cans a day, they wont really affect you and can help control your appetite. However nothing beats drinking water.
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? I drink one or two after my training is over for the day
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? I went through a phase of around 4-6 cans a day, i usually average about 2-3 now. (My preferred choice is Coke Zero) I'm not going to lie, despite it being apparently safe i do still get a bit paranoid regarding the issue of Aspartame and it's safety, it seems that so called studies are constantly contradicting each other and i don't know who to believe.
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? I reward myself with diet sodas. I tell myself, "Self, you have to drink 1 gallon of water before you can drink any soda." It is a very simple way to ensure that you get in your water.
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? Diet drinks have about 10 calories for 20oz bottle. They do get away with claiming 0 calories because they are allowed to round down if it's less than 5 calories per serving. So the say 8 oz is a serving and it's 0 calories when reality it's 4 point something. Not a big deal even if you drink a 2L bottle a day, it's only 35 calories or so. However, I can control cravings better by only drinking water until it's time to eat. The sweetness of the diet drink seems to increase my appetite/cravings immediately on consumption.
Anyone drink Coke Zero/Diet Coke and/or Pepsi Max/Diet Pepsi? I think the only reason I stopped drinking these sodas was the hunger factor. These sodas may not have calories but they leave you feeling hungry afterwards. For me it wasn't worth it. I've found more success with Crystal Light.
