      I am training for football and trying to increase my 40 yard dash time I am running sprints with a 20 pound weighted vest. Will this get me faster?

      Hell yeah! Also do plyometeics. I've gotten my best speed do parachutes but the vest is great!

      Should be taking only 5g/day, did you load it? Also, how long have you've been taking it for?

      I do all types of resistance running. I pull sleds, parachute, and now I have the 20 pound vest. I haven't used the parachute yet I ordered it and i did sled pulls and used the vest

      I didn't do the load , My weight is 73kg and i take 5g/ for 30kg of my body. Im taking it for about month

      So, is it basically good/acceptable for me to eat 200 g of peanut and drink 1 l of milk now as a meal (thats 560 + 612*2 kcal) beacause i woke up late and don't have time to eat 5-6 meals ?

      One of my friends took that. He said it was terrible. Check out prolabs creatine that worked wonders for me. Also only take 15-20g a day for the first week. Then lowercit to 5g a day
