Do what I do and take them right before you train. They're highly insulinogenic and have a similar effect on blood sugar as simple carbs. Plus they're protein, which is always good pre-training.

No he's not plz plz plz stfu my original statement was that BCAA's are a waste of money. I asked why is the fact that Layne Norton is sponsored by Scivation relevant and then realized that of course somebody who is sponsored by a company who heavily promotes BCAA's would do pro BCAA research and his research is not incorrect but misleading by making people think they need to supplement with BCAA's.

^^This, the guy in the video I posted states the fact that BCAA's are highly insulinogenic. He also says when mentioning yohimbine that you should do cardio fasted while using this supplement including not using BCAA's beforehand. I haven't done the research myself on the fact that insulin interferes with the supplementation of yohimbine.

Xtend is the BCAA product that Svication makes.

You dont think that his research would be bias since the hand that feeds him makes money off BCAAs?

Lol honestly it didn't click at first but yeah I posted that in the thread about it being biased. His research is correct, but it's misleading to consumers by making them think they need to supplement with more BCAA's.
