      Best way to increase deadlift

      No jabs for me at the moment. I have blood pressure issues.

      In the past with shoulder press I used a pyramid system with my weights when I stalled, may work buddy went up the weights then back down, so 4,6,8,10,12,10,8,6,4 it killed me but worked lol.

      Always used a training diary. I'm quite autistic about logging my weights & macros

      I would add 5kg to the deadlift at each workout and work your way back up.

      I generally use the pyramid on Bench & Squat, but it's way too much on Deadlift.
