      try adjusting the overhead manifold sprocket receiver

      My old bandit used to cut out at first. Have u tried increasing the idle speed to check if it won't cut out?

      Was about to suggest this

      Could also be the powerband might need replacing

      daft I know - but have you checked the choke?

      echo the starter, does the sound change at all later on before it cuts out. I know you said tight but can you try describe it better, or even get a video up?

      did it run ok before you put it in yours?-i'd be tempted to drop the oil and check for any metal shards within it-don't sound good mate if its tightening up.
