      eat lots of foods high in potassium - banana's, dried apricots, use potato more as a carb source and go for things like celery, beetroot... the prime regulator of blood pressure is sodium-potassium balance and most medications which induce secondary hypertension (like AAS) can often have the symptom reduced with an increase in dietary potassium. Hibiscus teas also.

      I naturally have fairly low BP, especially systolic but also diastolic, and when I eat a lot of high potassium foods I actually get light headed and often feel a little feint when standing up quickly... is a very obvious pattern for me. Dietary potassium can have a pretty profound effect on BP, often much better than prescribed meds.

      Not holding much water mate, using adex 0.25mg ED.

      Ill try the above mate as need to sort it ASAP. Its pretty worrying.
