      body fat calculation?

      Thanks mate

      For years i've thought i'll never get to 10% whilst keeping some good size, but when you word it like that it seems achievable

      I could handle 17 stone at 10%!! lol

      Not quite, because you are affecting the denominator as well as the numerator.

      280lb @ 20% gives a LBM of 224lb and a fat mass of 56lb

      Assuming you live in world of magic where you can lose just fat & no muscle whatsoever, you would be 10% fat at 224/90% which is 249lb. Total fat loss required = 31lb

      If you only lost 28lb of fat, you would end up with a LBM of 224 & a total mass of 252lb.

      28 as a % of 252 = 11.2%

      anything under 13% would do me, i've never been under 16%!! I just love food, simples!
