      No, dude lol. I was legitimately concerned with it for a second, out of my disbelief. Just wanted to confirm something.

      It really depends on your body I try not to go over 50g of protein each meal.

      A 98lb Thai ladyboy probably can't absorb as much protein in a 24 hour period as a 285lb off season mass monster, correct.

      OP's dad eats 500g protein from a cow and washes it down with his Syntha-6 once a day and dies from protein deficiency cause it was all in one sitting

      Yes, clearly I proved the point that an athletic, resistance training male should limit himself to 50g of protein in one meal.
