hi guys, random question i am going to the US in a few weeks and was thinking about buying an ipad over there and was wondering if it would work back here in UK? anyone have any knowledge if it would? cheers

buying stuff from us? I bought mine in the US last week, mine's a wifi one but when you turn it on it asks you what country you are using it in etc as part of the set up so can't imagine it being a problem if it's a 4g one.
buying stuff from us? The software would be fine but you would get a us a/c charger so you would need a uk plug head and it would need to be network free or unlocked to use with the UK phone network!
