      chicken gyro with wholewheat pita

      What's "bad" about any of this?:

      Grilled chicken breast, and bread (pita), some raw veggies,

      Tzatziki sauce:

      Ingredients
      2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt
      2 cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced
      2 tablespoons olive oil
      1/2 lemon, juiced
      salt and pepper to taste
      1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
      3 cloves garlic, peeled

      Not trying to be an asshat, but to make people aware that they don't have to limit themselves to eating nothing but fish heads and plain rice for 8 meals a day in order to build mass or cut body fat. Just look a little closer at what you'd like to eat, and then fit it into your daily macro requirement.

      Those sound delicious. I think I might actually make some this weekend for myself. So good...And I will keep my sour cream thank you.

      Thanks ironwill Im also repping you, i've read many posts of yours and your well respected on here, i agree with what your saying, sometimes i try to eat so clean, i feel like theirs nothing left to eat, my options are none, well at least i can keep this one in my arsen
