You're basically an Ovo-Pescatarian really you should have no problem getting protein down your neck and shouldnt really have any issue bulking or cutting to be honest. Fish is also a damn sight cheaper too...
Diet for a Non-Meat eater i take it u dont work out? fasted cardio. brisk walk/jog 30-45min breakfast- 2slices wholegrain toast with 6scrambled egg white's snack- 100g cottage cheese & few almonds lunch - 60g whole grain pasta or rice, fish & big salad snack - 100g cottage cheese & few almonds dinner - same as lunch (500cals ish) shouldnt go far wrong with that if fat loss is the only goal
