      frozen small prawns good protein, not cheap though

      quorn

      shirataki noodles (very low carb miracle food)

      tofu

      To be honest fish is one of the best bodybuildings meats to begin with and you eat eggs... You're basically an Ovo-Pescatarian really you should have no problem getting protein down your neck and shouldnt really have any issue bulking or cutting to be honest. Fish is also a damn sight cheaper too...

      i take it u dont work out?

      fasted cardio. brisk walk/jog 30-45min
      breakfast- 2slices wholegrain toast with 6scrambled egg white's
      snack- 100g cottage cheese & few almonds
      lunch - 60g whole grain pasta or rice, fish & big salad
      snack - 100g cottage cheese & few almonds
      dinner - same as lunch (500cals ish)

      shouldnt go far wrong with that if fat loss is the only goal
